There are two ways to see observation history for the location of your choice. 

1. From the homepage, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see "Shortcuts" section just below the Radar panel 

and press the "History" button to view the Observation History

2. Alternatively, you can click the menu button from the navigation tab bar and press the Observation History link
