Weatherzone for Apple Watch does support complications on select Apple Watch faces, however some newer watch faces designed for larger screens are not yet supported. For more details on changing the Apple Watch face please see Apple Support.
If Weatherzone does not appear as a complication on a supported face (listed below), please ensure the Weatherzone app is installed on Apple Watch. From the connected iPhone open the Watch app and look for 'Installed On Apple Watch' or 'Available Apps'. If an Install button appears next to the Weatherzone app, press 'Install'.
