In the Main Menu select Notifications and choose what options you want to switch on.

Notifications will be delivered for the location selected under Select Location. By default Notifications will be delivered based on your current device location, but this can be changed.

Quite Time is a new feature which allows you to disable Notifications between 11pm and 5am local time.
