You can do this by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner next to the settings icons. From the menu click on the the 'Account Settings' button. You will be taken to your accounts page. In 'Accounts Tier' section click on the 'Change Plan' button. You will be taken to choose tier page from where you can Downgrade to a different plan.
